This is a very misleading chart, with the axis labelled incorrectly to give the user the impression that the air quality is a lot better than actual Environment Canada records.

If you read this graph, it seems that Windsor's air quality has been in the "moderate" category only 3 times and never in the "poor" category. When the actual data shows that the air quality has been "moderate" approximately 50 times and "poor" over 5 times.

This graph was also created by a marketing company that doesn't seem to exist anymore and this was their only contribution to Wikipedia.
