James Dorman Weaver (September 27, 1920 – November 15, 2003) was a
brigadier general
.
Weaver was born in
88th Congress, but was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1964. He returned to active duty with the United States Air Force from 1965 to 1983. He died in Sterling, Virginia, and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.[3]
Weaver was posthumously promoted to
brigadier general on July 12, 2008.[4]
