Biography

Born in

Great Britain.[3] Bura was named the Apostolic Administrator of the Eparchy of Saint Josaphat in Parma on July 29, 2009, and served in that capacity until 2014.[4]

Pope Francis accepted his resignation on November 15, 2019.[5]

Bura died on January 17, 2023, at the age of 78.[6]
