Khalazir (

Romanized as Khalāzīr and Kholāzīr; also known as Khalāzīl,[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Khalazir Rural District of Aftab District of Tehran County, Tehran province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,374 in 615 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,818 people in 799 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,356 people in 702 households.[2]
