Plot

1989: Jeetendra, a cruel

Vizag to fix his marriage with Vizag's local MLA
’s daughter. While returning, Jeetendra causes an accident and also fires a gun at the bystanders, who confronted him about the accident. They are brought in front of a family and an arbitrator, who is mediating the issue, asks Jeetendra to apologize to the affected people, but Jeetendra opposes and causes a scene.

Jeetendra is slapped and apprehended by the police. In order to get him released, Jeetendra's father abducts the arbitrator’s wife and son. After his release, Jeetendra finds his father dead and learns that the arbitrator's young son is responsible for this as Jeetendra's father killed the boy's mother. This incident severely impacts the arbitrator’s mother. Jeetendra’s enmity becomes permanent, where he settles in Vizag to take control of the area and also kills the arbitrator, which prompts the arbitrator's mother to send her grandson far away.

2014: Krishna is the youngest son of the arbitrator, who lives in Dubai and does not tolerate injustice. Krishna proceeds to India with his fiancée Sneha against his grandmother’s interest, where he sees Jeetendra’s elder son Chotu assassinating Simhachalam, a former MLA, to wind up a pending case and mold his father as Chief Minister. Krishna thrashes Chotu, who is admitted to the hospital.

A day later, Chotu dies under mysterious circumstances and an infuriated Jeetendra sets to exact vengeance. Jeetendra captures Sneha and finds the whereabouts of Krishna. While advancing to his wedding venue with his family, Krishna is attacked by Jeetendra and his henchmen, but Krishna and his family are saved by Krishna's elder brother Jaidev alias "Legend", who was responsible for the death of Chotu and Jeetendra's father. Following this, a local MLA, working for Jeetendra, divulges about Jaidev to Jeetendra’s youngest son.

1999: Jaidev is revered as a messaiah by the people for confronting Jeetendra, who always troubles the people. Jaidev's grandmother berates him for his enmity with Jeetendra. Jeetendra plots to make his brother join the politics, but the plan is ruined by Jaidev. Jaidev's cousin Radhika is the only one that endears Jaidev from childhood, where they also adore each other.

Meanwhile,

Union minister Ameer Shah, who works for Jeetendra, arrives from Delhi
and challenges Jaidev to free Jeetendra and make him as the CM, but Jaidev refuses. Jeetendra’s brother abducts Krishna, but Jaidev safeguards Krishna and kills Jeetendra's brother. Jaidev bails out Jeetendra and gives an ultimatum to leave the city after Jeetendra's wife pleads Jaidev not to kill Jeetendra. On the day of Jaidev and Radhika's marriage, Jeetendra captures Radhika and kills her in a combat with Jaidev. Jaidev's grandmother accuses Jaidev of the happenings, which makes him leave in regret.

Present: Krishna gets admitted in the hospital and recovers. Jaidev’s grandmother apologizes to Jaidev and reunites with him. Jeetendra conspires to snatch the CM seat by horsetrading the MLAs, but Jaidev shifts the MLAs to a secret place and reforms them to better citizens. At that point, Jeetendra arrives and tries to assassinate the MLAs, but Jaidev thwarts Jeetendra and kills him. In the aftermath, Jaidev continues to serve the people as Legend.
