Leyte's 2nd congressional district is one of the five
Dagami, Dulag, Jaro, Julita, La Paz, MacArthur, Mayorga, Pastrana, Tabontabon and Tunga. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lolita T. Javier of the Nacionalista Party (NP).[4]
