The promotion currently has nine championships - three men's singles titles, two men's tag team championships, two women's singles titles, a women's tag team championship, and an open championship available to anyone. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout.

Men

At the top of the National Wrestling Alliance's championship hierarchy is the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship. The championship is currently held by first time champion EC3, who defeated previous champion Tyrus on August 27, 2023, on Night Two of the NWA 75.

The NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship is for wrestlers 220 lbs. and under. Colby Corino is the current champion in his first reign. He defeated Kerry Morton on August 26, 2023, on Night One of the NWA 75.
