The Malawi Broadcasting Corporation is a state-run radio and television company in

It also runs the national television station, Television Malawi.
Its headquarters is in
Blantyre, Malawi
.
History
An agreement was signed with the BBC in late 2001 where MBC provided the maintenance for the relays of the BBC World Service in the country.[1]
Notable broadcasters
Hassan Goba
In 2017, one of the station's notable veteran broadcaster, Hassan Goba, left the company.[2]
Geoffrey Kapusa
In 2012, veteran broadcaster, Geoffrey Kapusa, who was known to have started a music programme called Music Splash retired from the company after working over 20 years.
