It was founded on September 10, 2009, as the CodePlex Foundation, led mostly by Microsoft employees and affiliates.Nuget, Kudu and the ASP.NET AJAX library.[12]
Outercurve directors filed articles of dissolution to the Washington Secretary of State on April 22, 2017.[13]
