Pavlo Oleksandrovych Kyrylenko (Ukrainian: Павло Олександрович Кириленко; born 5 May 1986[3]) is a Ukrainian prosecutor and politician.[4] He has served as head of the Ukrainian Anti-Monopoly Committee since September 2023.[5]

Kyrylenko is a former

2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine, Kyrylenko served as the Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration from July 2019 to September 2023.[2][1]

Biography

In 2008, he graduated from the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University.[7] In July 2008, he was employed at the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine.[8] From September 2017 to July 2019, Kyrylenko was the military prosecutor of the Uzhhorod garrison in the Western region.[8]

Kyrylenko was appointed by

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as Governor of Donetsk Oblast on 5 July 2019.[1][6] On 5 September 2023 he was relieved of this function.[2]

On 6 September 2023 the Verkhovna Rada (the Ukrainian parliament) appointed Kyrylenko as the head of the Ukrainian Anti-Monopoly Committee.[5]

Kyrylenko is a

Lieutenant Colonel of Justice.[8]

Personal life

Kyrylenko is married and has two children.[3]
