Marjahn Penny Mathias Hart (born July 5, 1996) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at Georgia State.

Indianapolis Colts
Hart signed with the
Seattle Seahawks
Hart was signed to the practice squad of the Seattle Seahawks on October 22, 2019 following a workout with the team.[14] He signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on January 14, 2020.[15]
On September 5, 2020, Hart was waived by the Seahawks and signed to the practice squad the next day.[16][17] He was promoted to the active roster on September 8.[18] Hart made his NFL debut on September 13, 2020 in the season opener against the Atlanta Falcons, playing one snap on offense and two on special teams.[19] He was waived on December 21, 2020,[20] and re-signed to the practice squad two days later.[21] He was elevated to the active roster on December 26 and January 2, 2021, for the team's weeks 16 and 17 games against the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers, and reverted to the practice squad after each game.[22][23] On January 11, 2021, Hart signed a reserve/futures contract with the Seahawks.[24]
On August 31, 2021, Hart was waived by the Seahawks and re-signed to the practice squad the next day.[25][26] He was promoted to the active roster on September 7, 2021.[27]
The Seahawks re-signed Hart on April 19, 2022.[28]
Atlanta Falcons
On May 3, 2023, Hart signed with the Atlanta Falcons.[29] He was placed on injured reserve on August 29, 2023.[30] He was released on October 9.
