The Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) —

bridges, avenues, highways, tunnels, public parkings, tolls, and other transit facilities in Puerto Rico. The Authority is also charged with providing an integrated transportation system to Puerto Rico and its people.[1]
