Randolph Frederich Rodrigues Alves (

Senator for the state of Amapá, was the most voted in the state's history in the 2010 Elections.[2]

He was opposed to Dilma Rousseff's impeachment process and defended that Vice-President Michel Temer would also have to be removed should it pass, proposing new presidential elections.[3] In the 2018 elections, he was re-elected senator, and become the leader of the opposition to the Bolsonaro government that lasted from 2019 to 2022.
