The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Guadalajara (

Guadalajara, Jalisco. It currently covers an area of 20,827 km² (8,044 Square Miles). The diocese was erected on July 13, 1548 and was elevated to Archdiocese on January 26, 1863.[2][3]
