Saint-Pierre-lès-Elbeuf (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ pjɛʁ lɛ.z‿ɛlbœf], literally Saint-Pierre near Elbeuf) is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
