Telosa is a proposed utopian city conceived by Marc Lore.The city will be built on cheap land to be acquired in a desert area in the American West or in the Appalachians.^[1]^[2] The name Telosa is derived from Ancient Greek and it means "highest purpose".

Lone announced he had hired the architectural firm Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG). Owned by Danish architect Bjarke Ingels, BIG will handle the proposed citiy's master planning.

Land ownership is a novelty based on the ideas of Henry George partucularly his book Progress and Poverty]]. According to his model, anyone will be licenced to build, keep or sell a home, a building or any other structure, with the city retaining the ownership of the land.
