Christine Wilhelmine was born as the daughter of [[John William III, Duke of Saxe-Eisenach]] and his wife [[Magdalena Sibylla of Saxe-Weissenfels (1673–1726)|Magdalena Sibylla of Saxe-Weissenfels]]. On November 26, 1734, she married [[Charles, Prince of Nassau-Usingen|Prince Charles of Nassau-Usingen]].
