Charles Corm II is a Lebanese entrepreneur and investor, born in Beirut in 1974 to David Charles Corm and Maya Husseini Shahid.^[1][2][3][4] In 1998, Charles founded CORMCO, a family investment office focused on public and private companies in the global technology, biotechnology, and real estate industries. Having envisioned a gradual shift in the semiconductor industry (dominated at the time by Intel), CORMCO was an early investor in chipmakers Broadcom and Nvidia.^[5] CORMCO has also been an active investor in more recent marquee technology firms in the AI, big data, cloud computing, IoT, machine learning, SaaS, and software industries. Finally, CORMCO is an active biotech investor in the biopharma, genetics, life science, medical device, and therapeutics industries.

Charles was named best financial assets investor by MEA Markets in 2016. He is listed in Marquis Who's Who in the World and Who's Who in Business and Finance. He is a Knight of the National Order of the Cedar (Lebanon) and an Officer of the Society for Human Rights (USA).

Charles is the grandson of Charles Corm (1894 to 1963), a Lebanese writer, industrialist, and philanthropist. His great-grandfather is Lebanese painter Daoud Corm.

Charles holds an MSG in economics, management and finance from Dauphine University in Paris and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School in New York City. He is married to Lynn Dagher and has two children, Carma and David.
