Bulbul Ahmed was a Bangladeshi actor and director.[4]
Early life and career
Bulbul's father, Khalil Ahmed, was a government employee and amateur actor.[2] Bulbul started his acting career through stage drama in 1965.[2] He debuted his acting in tv in 1968.[2] He first appeared in films in 1973 as a supporting actor in Iye Korey Biye.[4] He also directed a film, Rajlakkhi Srikanto, in 1987.
Awards
Bulbul received four National awards in his lifetime.[3]
Death
Bulbul died on July 14, 2010 in Square Hospital in Dhaka.[4] He was suffering from diabetes and cardiac diseases.[2]
