Thomas T. Cullen is an American attorney. Currently serving as principal at Woods Rogers PLC, he has been nominated by President Donald Trump to become the United States Attorney for the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

He received his

United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and to Judge Robert E. Payne of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia
.

He served as an Assistant United States Attorney in both the Western District of Virginia and the Western District of North Carolina.

He currently a principal at Woods Rogers PLC, representing clients in complex civil and criminal litigation.[1]
