Topic ban reinstated

This comment you posted at WP:AN was entirely unhelpful. It was rude, and threatened an editor with being blocked on grounds for which no sensible admin would institute a block. Following it up with similar posts on the editor's talk page ([1], [2]) was also unhelpful, and did not contribute to cooling down that discussion. As this is clear-cut disruptive behaviour, I'm reinstating your topic ban on all noticeboards (per the conditions at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive239#Relaxation of restrictions for Barts1a). I'll notify your mentor and post a notification at WP:AN. Nick-D (talk) 08:18, 6 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Anything I say is going to be taken as the ramblings of an editor desperate to get restrictions lifted. As such this will be my last edit here until such time as sanity is restored here... Barts1a / Talk to me / Help me improve 10:44, 6 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The topic ban was reinstated for a very good reason, and that particular thread being closed and no ban being applied--which is what you wanted as well--is a sign of sanity, is it not? Drmies (talk) 12:40, 6 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I think that's harsh. As someone who's dealt with Unscintillating before, I can confirm that Bart's response was in no way over the top. Reyk YO! 22:39, 6 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
