Merge?
Most of the article is about caBIG except for the litany of releases and web sites. These seem outdated anyway: in ten years, how important will a list of releases up to 2009 be? We should examine if these two are independently notable enough to survive deletionists. I would think one integrated article with inline citations would be better than two dated stubs.
