What is the deal?

So they just got famous for nothing? This society overglorifies celebrities a little too much. Is their daily lives really interesting enough to create a reality tv show out of? All I’m saying is, that seems a little stuck up. And besides, I get that they’re billionaires, but how the heck did they get all that money? Empty fame doesn’t make you rich. Most of this article just explained that they weren’t really good at anything and didn’t earn their fame. So why are they clogging up my news alerts? I mean, all I’m saying is, I don’t feel the need to tell the world when I have a change in my love life. 72.188.17.58 (talk) 14:17, 19 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Kardashian–Jenner family tree

I made a template for the family tree here

MaitreyaVaruna: Hi there! Thanks for your work. I wonder if it might be a little redundant, as we already have two family trees on the page? Also, the template needs to be updated with Caitlyn's correct spelling of her name (C, not K). --Kbabej (talk) 16:42, 16 February 2022 (UTC)[reply

MaitreyaVaruna: I moved the template farther up the page so it doesn't interfere with the sources formatting and is more prominent on the page. :) --Kbabej (talk) 18:06, 18 February 2022 (UTC)[reply

Renaming to Kardashian–Jenner family

I think this article should be renamed to

Kris Houghton and Caitlyn Jenner more because only four of the six prominent second-generation members are descended from Robert Kardashian @Kbabej
: what are your thoughts on this?

As for renaming the article, I don't agree. 'Kardashian family' gets 2,350,000,000 ghits while 'Kardashian-Jenner family' gets 113,000,000. So many fewer hits and RS mentioning the latter. As for focusing on Kris and Caitlyn more, the reason it focuses on Robert's family more is because the initial family was the Kardashian family, and the Kardashian-Jenner family came after. And gets way fewer hits and less coverage. --Kbabej (talk) 15:50, 18 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

How come kendall and kylie were born at that time when robert and kris used to live together as shown in "keeping up up with Kardashians"

Kardashian familyKardashian-Jenner family – I would say that including Jenner in the title is much more accurate since that name is become more prominent. More and more frequently does inclusion of the Kardashian name also include mention of the Jenners. Heck, sometimes the family is named the "KarJenner" family. Sources: 1, 2, 3, 4. • Oppose. They're almost invariably referred to as the
    Kardashians. -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:09, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply

Oppose. Both shows on the family used "Kardashians" not "Kardashian-Jenners". Even further, Google Trends demonstrate far more interest in the "Kardashians" compared to the "Kardashian-Jenners". [1] Estar8806 (talk) 20:32, 23 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Leaning oppose, as it isn't "Keeping up with the Kardashian-Jenners". BD2412 T 02:29, 29 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
