A fact from Kozarčanka appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 1 September 2015 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that the World War II photograph Socialist Yugoslavia? A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Recent additions/2015/September. Indeed, Milja Marin was quite poorly known in Yugoslavia as compared to her photograph. But still there were people who wrote a couple of lines about her, as at least Dragoje Lukić did (see "References"). Interestingly, he included her photo, but not the one known as Kozarčanka. Skrigin obviously took more than one photo of her at that time, which is not mentioned in any source available to me. The photo used by Lukić is taken from a bit different angle, not so sideways as in Kozarčanka, and there is no "glance over her shoulder", as Vittorelli put it. I miss information on when the photograph was published. The article mentions "[A]fter the war" and a 1968 monograph. Was it published in partisan media during the war? In the immediate after war? --Error (talk) 17:53, 1 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Error: In response to your question, I can only cite Vittorelli 2015 (footnote in p. 128): "So far I have not been able to discover if public already before Žorž Skrigin's publication in 1968 knew and was familiar with the image of Kozarčanka." Vladimir (talk) 18:01, 2 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
