- Comment "List of [University] people" is not grammatically incorrect and is a frequently used title format when the list includes staff, alumni, and other people related to the university. Examples of this in use include: List of Harvard University people, List of University of California, Los Angeles people, List of University of Cambridge people, List of University of Southern California people, List of University of Maryland, College Park people, etc etc. Freedom4U (talk) 03:00, 6 March 2023 (UTC)
- I stand corrected on both counts. There was no Wikipedia policy in place for names such as these, so I relied on my knowledge of English language, which apparently was wrong. And somehow I did not manage to find the rest of the articles listed above.
- Going through all of these articles, I can see each of them seem to have faculty or staff members listed in some form, so I'll withdraw the proposal. Soni (talk) 08:39, 8 March 2023 (UTC)
