McDonald Islands (Australia) → McDonald Islands (Heard Island and McDonald Islands) – Per Wikipedia:Naming conventions (geographic names)#Australia, geographic names should be disambiguated by reference to the state or territory, not Australia. In this case, the relevant territory that the McDonald Islands are in is the Heard Island and McDonald Islands so whilst it might seem redundant, it's in line with other Australian articles with disambiguators.
