Surely her most lasting acheivement was abolishing college fees, not the upgrading of one unimportant rural RTC to IT status, considering they were -all- upgraded, not just WIT? Will change this in a while if no one else does... --62.77.181.1 03:17, 27 January 2007 (UTC)
