apap is used in the US as well.

Maybe the difference between Panadol, Panadol Extra, and Panadol Ultra should be in the article?

I can get Dafalgan in Belgium as well, so I added it.

I guess the Filipinos take it with meals and in-between, with any glass of drinks. Since it has two active ingredients, not just one, it is not quite the same as the other brand name products listed here. If we include products with other active ingredients the list will be far far longer.
