I could be wrong but the map says copyright ArcGIS. Theroadislong (talk) 12:30, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

If you look in the right hand corner of the website you will see Re-use: CC-BY (NLS). I believe this is an exception to copyright which allows use even if the data has been digitised by a third party as it is a 'Ordnance Survey, Six-inch to the mile, England and Wales, 1842-1952' explicitly exempt (see above). Ok but what value does the map have? The stables are not labeled. Theroadislong (talk) 12:49, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The stables are marked as 'fire engine house' on the map (when horses pulled the fire engines). This map details this and backs up the fact that Park Lane as a street used to be called 'Alms House Road' on the basis that alms houses used to be opposite (I appreciate that this is just an extra snippit). (Meowrobotiks (talk) 12:55, 17 January 2022 (UTC))[reply]
It could replace the "Fire Brigade parade in Teddington" one perhaps. Theroadislong (talk) 13:09, 17 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think the fire brigade parade photo is valuable to illustrate the history of horse drawn fire engines and the location of the parade is a street away so feels very relevant. Preferable to remove the image from the 1950s as it is more recent history which is more widely available. (Meowrobotiks (talk) 13:14, 17 January 2022 (UTC))[reply]

  • Adding of OS 1894 map which shows the stables mentioned as 'fire engine house' when the fire engines were horse drawn:
  • To show that the stables were used as a 'fire station' and to give visual context to the fact that Park Lane used to be called Alms House Road on account of there being alms houses on the street (opposite the stables):
