Clearly none.

WP:COI / or declared paid editors on others articles but undeclared here / and the latest a declared editor. My edit summaries make this clear, and if anyone had pinged me, I would have replied as such. There's now a declared COI, seemingly promising none of the undeclared ones will edit from now on. Hi. I'm here on behalf of Uproxx and its founder, Jarret Myer, to suggest improvements to this article. I realize that there have been Uproxx employees who have edited this article in the past, so before I talk about content, I'd like to introduce myself, fully disclose my COI, and let others know how I plan to contribute.

First, I am not an employee of the company, but I am being paid as part of my work at consulting firm Beutler Ink. Because of my conflict of interest, I will never edit the article directly. Instead, I will start discussions here on the Talk page about potential changes that others can review and weigh in on. If consensus is reached, I'll let other editors make the edits. While I am active on the page, Uproxx has assured me there will be no other edits or messages from anyone else connected with Uproxx. I'm aware from the edit history that there have been edits made here by a couple of accounts linked to Uproxx and Myer; they were not aware at the time that they should disclose their affiliation and avoid direct editing, but they are now. I should also note that I am working on the Jarret Myer article as well, and will be posting a similar note on that Talk page.

My next step is to start looking into available sourcing about Uproxx. I'm hoping to find areas where the entry can be expanded. As it stands, the information could be more encyclopedic in tone and content. In the meantime, I'll be watching the Talk page in case anyone has questions for me or ideas about the article. Thanks! @Widefox: Thanks for adding that. Like I noted on my Talk page, leaving it off was completely unintentional. Since I haven't actually contributed anything to this article yet (just introduced myself), I will definitely add a {{Connected contributor (paid)}} template once I propose changes (which I am working on now).

I am not able to confirm any of the accounts above have an Uproxx COI, because I don't know with certainty which ones do and which ones do not. I can only speak for my account and can pass along the guarantee I received from Uproxx that there will be no other connected editors while I am working on this entry. Hi again. I have returned with a proposed new draft for this article. Like I mentioned in my first message, my goals here were to expand the article based on available sources and include information that was more encyclopedic in tone and content. Editors can review my draft here:

I incorporated much of what is already in the article, and also added a Staff and operations section. I renamed the Original content section to Content and included more about the site's blogs and the types of articles it publishes. Let me know if there are any questions about these suggestions.

As previously indicated, I was paid to research and write this draft for Uproxx as part of my work at Beutler Ink, so I won't be making any edits to this article directly. Comment: Looking over both articles, the merger could go in either direction, and should be part of the discussion. I would be more inclined toward the Uproxx article being merged into the UMG article, and then the resultant article being renamed back to "Uproxx." Comment: I believe it would be best for "Uproxx Media Group" to be merged into "Uproxx" instead. Uproxx Media Group is formerly Woven Digital, so most of the information on that page applies to Uproxx Media Group/Woven Digital (which no longer exists), not Uproxx. For instance, the founders of Uproxx Media Group/Woven Digital are Scott Grimes and Michael Laur, while the founders of Uproxx are Jarret Myer and Brian Brater. It would be most beneficial to merge the info from the company that no longer exists into the one that still does (Uproxx). I hope this information helps! Hello! I am an employee of Uproxx, and I'm aware of the COI guidelines. I'd like to submit a request to update some outdated information on the current Uproxx page. I just helped perform the merger from

Infobox: Kris Maske's title should be Head of Publishing, Kurt Campbell-Anderson is Head of Studio and Ryan Perry is no longer with Uproxx. ^[1] "Warner Music Group" is now the owner after Uproxx's acquisition. ^[2]

Content: Smoking Section, Real Talk, and Gammasquad are no longer in operation. (No direct citation for this, but they're no longer found within Uproxx's tabs.)

Staff and operations: Kris Maske is Head of Publishing, Kurt Campbell-Anderson is Head of Studio, Benjamin Blank is CEO, and Chris Mottram, Keith Phipps, Alan Sepinwall, and Ryan Perry are no longer with Uproxx. ^[1]
