Map of US Counties with Whataburgers incorrect

The map showing counties with Whataburger locations claims to be from the Whataburger site, but is incorrect. I cannot locate anything on the site. There are more accurate maps circulating online, but no provenance is given.

I noticed the same issue about the map. There's several Whataburger locations that's been present for decades in some Southeast Texas counties that this map claims does not have any locations. Because of it's inaccuracy, I don't think it should remain on the page.

WHATTA-BURGER

There is also a Whatta-Burger in Russellville, Arkansas. No relation to the chain.

Lot-a-burger

The chain had one restaurant in Oxnard, California. At some time it changed the name. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.149.135.25 (talk) 19:29, 29 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Key people update request

Hi editors, I'm Miranda and I work for Whataburger. I noticed that there are some things in the infobox that are out of date, for example the Key people line. Would someone be willing to update the "Key people" list based on this source?[1][2]

I was thinking it would look something like this:

  • Ed Nelson (President &
    CPO)
  • Joe Shannon (Senior VP & CIO)
  • Alexander Ivannikov (Executive VP & CAO
)

Please let me know what you think! I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. Because of my conflict of interest, I won't make any edits directly. Thanks in advance! Miranda at Whataburger (talk) 17:53, 14 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@AngusWOOF: thank you so much! I did notice I made a small typo. Could you change Rich Sheffler to Rich Scheffler, with a "c"? I'd really appreciate it! Miranda at Whataburger (talk) 18:40, 15 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Corporate affairs update

Hi editors, Miranda here again with another request. I've got a handful of ideas for content updates and changes but I thought I'd keep these pretty small and bite sized.

My next thought was to add the corporate leadership to the article body. It's my understanding that the infobox should reflect information in the article body, so I thought it would make sense to add the leadership to the Corporate affairs section as a new subheading.

I also thought it might be a good idea to include some updated numbers as far as restaurants and revenue goes, so I included that as well. I thought this subsection might look a little something like this:

Leadership and operations

Whataburger generated more than $3 billion in revenue in 2022 at more than 900 restaurant locations in 14 states, as well as from the sale of various retail products in grocery stores throughout the U.S.

chief people officer Peggy Rubenzer, senior vice president and chief information officer Joe Shannon, and chief strategy and supply chain officer Alexander Ivannikov.[3]

What do other editors think? I'm happy to discuss it if you have any questions. @AngusWOOF: would you be willing to take a look at this request as well? It's pretty similar to the last one, just in a different place. I'd really appreciate it! Miranda at Whataburger (talk) 18:40, 15 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
