Chaitra Jatra or Tara Tarini Jatra takes place every Tuesday of the Hindu month of Chaitra,[4] i.e., from mid-March to mid-April at the premises of this shrine.
Each Sankrati (1st day of the solar Hindu month), special pujas are done in the mandir.
