Overall: Looking good, as expected from a GA there are no quality issues. For the hook, I was trying to verify it in the article body and spent quite some time searching for it, because the article language is much more "technical". Maybe add a short explanatory sentence for what "negative bids" means, e.g. like so: Merchant projects have won licenses with negative bids (meaning the companies pay the government for licenses) and are expected to come online in the mid-2020s. Could also be a short sentence after, just so people can easily see the hook is correct. Also, we recently had a discussion that there were too few "creative" images in DYK. There's ofc no guarantee that a nomination will get the picture spot; but it never hurts to provide a picture with a nom. Would you be interested in adding one? I am thinking File:Günbatımında Polente Feneri̇ ve Rüzgargülü 2008 - panoramio.jpg or File:ÇantaWindFarm06.JPG maybe? Your choice and no guarantee, but again it doesn't hurt :) –LordPickleII (talk) 16:59, 6 September 2022 (UTC)

Good idea - done thanks Chidgk1 (talk) 12:53, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
Approve article and picture (I've only amended the hook to include a "pictured"). –LordPickleII (talk) 13:29, 7 September 2022 (UTC)
