This is an issue with the redirect Template:IPL. If you want to change it to point to {{Indian Premier League}} you have to start a redirect discussion and explain why the change is needed. Technically, a page can only redirect to single page at a time, so it's not possible for Template:IPL to redirect to the Indian and Persian leagues at the same time, but it can be made a disambiguation page if necessary.
