Dating

Per the MOS and

WP:ERA, the AD/BC versus CE/BCE distinction of the original creator should be maintained by subsequent editors and needless revert wars avoided. Dbach not only established the entry as AD/BC but obviously did so consciously. Pending new consensus at the discussion page linked there by Dbach, the MOS still stands. The dates BC & AD should be replaced with the more correct BCE & CE Squidiculousracing (talk) 19:57, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

 Not done:
the Manual of Style says that BC and AD are the traditional ways of designating eras. -- DannyS712 (talk) 02:01, 23 January 2019 (UTC)[reply

Change asian regions to not be included under Europe Mikk0384 (talk) 03:35, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Mikk0384:  Not done: I think you want "South Asia", "East Asia" and "Iron metallurgy in Africa" to not be indented under Europe, which makes sense. How do you want the template structured instead? Thanks! GoingBatty (talk) 03:59, 4 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@GoingBatty: Yes, that is what I meant. I thought that I had entered a talk about the info box only, I'm sorry if it cost you time. The best way to organize the list would be alphabetically, and the non-European regions should preferably be better represented as well. --Mikk0384 (talk) 16:34, 6 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Not done for now: please establish a consensus for this alteration before using the {{edit semi-protected}} template. ~ Amkgp 💬 11:53, 7 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
