Metropolitan regions

I don't think that Newburg, Pleasure Ridge and Valley Station belong on the list. They should only be referenced from Louisville or Louisville metropolitan area. jaknouse 17:57, 3 May 2004 (UTC)
"Northern Kentucky" is not a valid geographic region in the sense of the others. It's really the same as the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky metropolitan area. It appears we have duplicated, parallel articles here. jaknouse 14:25, 4 May 2004 (UTC)

Maybe we should consider a cutoff point for inclusion in this list. Maybe pick a number, 25. Currently, the list includes 28 cities. Of course, if there's a reasoning for including all 28, we could discuss that as well.
Now, we're at 31 "largest cities". What is the criteria for inclusion?
