I made some changes: Coast Guard Intelligence is not part of the DoD (during war time it falls under the Navy, but it is typically part of DHS) so I moved it out of DoD. National Counterterrorism Center is part of the ODNI, so I moved it under that, as is the National Counterproliferation Center. (72.205.54.170 (talk) 23:25, 13 September 2013 (UTC))[reply]
