/64 subnet contributions link

I created this script to add a link to all the contributions made from the /64 subnet that an IPv6 editor is using to that user's contributions page. Because IPv6 addresses frequently change within this range but rarely change outside this range, this typically allows you to view all the contributions from the person, rather than just the very recent ones.
