Thank you for the ping. I did see the response earlier, but did not answer since that response did not really answer what I was looking for, and the tone indicated that it was unlikely to. At that time, I was uncertain how to proceed. I was actually looking not just for a simple "why" (that part was obvious) but for the location of the specific discussion leading up to the decision. In retrospect, I probably should have asked *where* can I find out [etc] rather than "how" (looking for the link to the discussion) ... but I have the feeling I would still get the summarised answer. - Tenebris 66.11.165.101 (talk) 04:46, 21 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
