I think you need to modify/clarify the statement you made regarding directory traversal. Your statement:

A file include vulnerability is distinct from a generic Directory Traversal Attack, in that directory traversal can be used to read and write files, where as file inclusion vulnerabilities occur when the web application attempts to include a specific file for execution.

A directory traversal attack doesn't guarantee you'll be able to read/write files. If you're referring to the script reading and not the attacker then you need to clarify that. From a attacker perspective being able to read files is more common, but writing is not a given. Reading/writing files all depends on the specific circumstances so you can't use a blanket statement as if it is guaranteed. Note there are blind directory traversal attacks, so the attacker wouldn't be able to read any files, but the script would so this needs to be clarified. It all depend on the situation, so you need to make sure your statement is clear on the point you're trying to make. Offnfopt^(talk) 00:35, 22 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I am very clearly making sure that the content of the aviation page reflects the sources cited. The sources clearly state the the Kite was invented in Indonesia in 9500 BCE, and later appeared in China in 500 BCE. However the wikipeida page was defaced claiming that china is the originator of flight, which is a demonstrably false statement.

Decline reason:

I don't know anything about this history of kite flying in Indonesia or in China, but I do know a thing or two about disruptive editing, which is what you were doing.

WP:EW is quite clear on this: edit warring is disruptive even if you are correct on the content question. Use the article talk page, discuss the sourcing with other editors, and if you convince them that your correct, your desired change will be implemented. Further edit warring will only result in a longer block. And don't accuse people of spreading propaganda etc, it's unnecessarily hostile and rude.
