Fine tune, maybe
@open channel) 18:18, 9 October 2016 (UTC)]
- It works for me with that edit – the script actually works by looking for links to the Wikipedia:AWB redirect, and then adding some code so that the line containing the link will hide when you select "hide AWB". @Mlpearc: what about other AWB edits, do they hide correctly? And are you using any of these advanced watchlist options in Special:Preferences: "Group changes by page in recent changes and watchlist" on the Recent changes tab, and/or "Expand watchlist to show all changes, not just the most recent" on the Watchlist tab, and/or "Display green collapsible arrows and green bullets for changed pages in your watchlist, page history and recent changes" on the Gadgets tab? - Evad37 [talk] 00:59, 10 October 2016 (UTC)]
not working?
This doesn't appear to be working for me. It also doesn't work for Headbomb. What am I doing wrong? Bgwhite (talk) 22:03, 23 February 2017 (UTC)
- Do you use the enhanced watchlist (group changes by page)? I didn't account for that option when I wrote the script last year, but it should be easy to fix... - Evad37 [talk] 00:37, 24 February 2017 (UTC)
- @Bgwhite and Headbomb: Should now work with enhanced watchlist, hopefully that was the only problem – Evad37 [talk] 00:59, 24 February 2017 (UTC)
Permanently hide AWB?
@books} 12:43, 24 February 2017 (UTC)]
- @Headbomb: Done – add
var awbHiddenByDefault = true;
after the importScript line, like this [1], and the AWB edits will be hidden by default - Evad37 [talk] 14:31, 24 February 2017 (UTC)
Not working
This doesn't seem to be working for me any more. Is it a problem with the new watchlist? Natureium (talk) 14:56, 11 September 2018 (UTC)
- @Wikipedia:AWB to the actual page Wikipedia:AutoWikiBrowser). Thus this script needed an update. - Evad37 [talk] 01:34, 12 September 2018 (UTC)]
