Help request

I would like to know how I can improve the readability of this article arrange the top content of this page to the recommended Wiki Template. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HART_CULTURE_C.I.C. It would be great to know how to insert a contents table such as that recommended by Wiki templates.Julian-redbridge (talk) 11:34, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Julian-redbridgeJulian-redbridge (talk) 11:34, 28 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • There are numerous issues with this article beyond lacking a table of contents. At this point, the article provides no additional information void of merely promoting awareness about the organization (or insight into a "concept"), both of which are frowned upon on Wikipedia. Getting started creating new articles on Wikipedia can be a bit difficult and frustrating for some users. At this point, I would highly recommend moving the article to a subpage of your userspace and creating a draft version first, which you can then ask for feedback on if necessary, with less risk of speedy deletion or deletion through the Articles for Deletion process. Once you draft your article, you can then request feedback through the
significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. I have noted your comment on the talk page. Keep in mind that while you may consider the topic notable, the term has a distinct meaning in establishing viability on Wikipedia. Please review the links I've provided here. If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. Best regards, Cind.amuse (Cindy) 14:54, 28 January 2012 (UTC)[reply
