Autosomal recessive juvenile Parkinson disease
Hi Richard, I nearly proposed your new page for speedy deletion until I realised from your other contributions that you are a biologist and a serious contributor to the encyclopedia. Have you considered preparing your articles first in your sandbox? By doing so, you will be posting reasonably complete new articles, complete with all their page elements and references, and avoiding the risk of deletion by new page patrollers who do not do background checks. trouble with new references section
{{help me}} I added the first ref to the Josh Tickell article and made a new references section, but half the article is hidden and a big error shows up. I can't seem to make it go away, what did I do wrong? Richard☺Decal (talk) 09:58, 11 April 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Richard. Most markup tags tag in computer languages that work by an opening tag followed by a closing tag use forward slashes, not backslashes. You wrote <ref>citation<\ref> rather than </ref>.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 10:12, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

reporting a vandal

I am looking for someone to double check if I reported a vandal correctly. User_talk:207.74.27.71 is a repeat vandal, so I followed the instructions on Wikipedia:Administrator_intervention_against_vandalism... did I do it right, or am I expected to do more? edit article "Cold Fusion" Nine Refefences to Pathological Science Should Be Moved to Historical Footnotes
To improve the article:
1) Wiki needs to view it as science.
2) Wiki needs to recognize which scientific journals are utilized and sourced by scientists in this field of physics.
I predict a tremendous increase in the readability of the article.
Query to the scientific community: To the Directors of Physics Departments,
LENR - Low Energy Nuclear Reaction and Widom Larson Theory, aka Condensed Matter Nuclear or Lattice Enabled Nuclear; historically misnamed "Cold Fusion"
1) Is this science or pathological science?
2) Do you offer a class in this discipline? If so, please provide information.
3) Are you developing a curriculum of this science? If so, when will you offer it?
4) What peer review journals do you utilize or source in this field?

Thanks for your comment on my talk page, User:Richard.decal. (Did you receive notification of my reply there? Not familiar with this Wiki-technicality.) I don't feel strongly about this, but I have two comments. This wasn't just "a" single experiment, but a (long-delayed) major milestone on a 20-year billion-$ project. On the other hand, this detail illustrates to at least those with some technical background that it was a very cautious and limited first step, to avoid a perception of hype. basic research methods in neuroscience

i feel that the article titled neuroscience should have another section explaining the common/basic research methods used in neuroscience.
