  has been amended, removing the allowance for non-extended-confirmed editors to post constructive comments on the "Talk:" namespace. Now, non-extended-confirmed editors may use the "Talk:" namespace solely to make edit requests related to articles within the topic area, provided that their actions are not disruptive.
• The Arbitration Committee has announced a call for Checkusers and Oversighters, stating that it will currently be accepting applications for CheckUser and/or Oversight permissions at any point in the year.

Because there's a difference between the

United Nations Climate Change conference and the United Nations Climate Change Conference that ran this year. The examples wouldn't have "the" bolded because the guideline is about including the article name in bold in the lead of an article. ITN is not an article. Does ARBPIA apply to ITN? i.e., is that IP comment qualified to be considered in determining consensus? Or does "broadly construed" mean non-ECs can't even vote in I-P ITN nominations? Hi Stephen, re. your change here[1], I'd ask you to read the lengthy discussions at Talk:Israeli_bombing_of_the_Iranian_embassy_in_Damascus. In short, there's no consensus to use the term "consulate", in fact there're strong arguments that the premises were not a consulate (not on an official list of consulates, not a separate compound, questions re. sourcing, etc.). Therefore, editors have settled on the term embassy per the majority of sources and since the building appeared part of the Iranian Embassy complex. May I expect you to self-revert?
