Hi! It's been quite a while and I did quite a number of fix-ups on DeLancey W. Gill, since I felt like it was finally time to try to bring it back through FAC. Since you were so kind to do a peer review and FAC review last time, I was curious if you would want to take a look and see if there's still any outstanding issues with the article. That was a pleasure! - I nominated Bach's
BWV 104 for GA, - would you be interested? First performed the second Sunday after Easter 1724, which was 23 April then. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:25, 5 April 2024 (UTC)[reply

I like to see Appalachian Spring on the Main page today (not by me, just interested and reviewed), and I also made it my story. - How do you like the statue (look up places)? - I was undecided so show three versions ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 16:23, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The statue is of Hildegard of Bingen, and as it happens, her Physica is on the Main page today, and Marian Anderson as my top story (by NBC, 1939), and below (on my talk) three people with raised arms (a player in the rock band with the "rock abbot, a large wooden sculpture of Jesus behind a church altar made by handicapped people, and the conductor of the Youth Symphony Orchestra of Ukraine, - and the place is the cherry blossom in Frauenstein
plum tree blossom for Kalevi Kiviniemi in the snow - see my talk --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:15, 11 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Arab–Khazar wars

Hi! I intend to bring the article on the Arab–Khazar wars back for a second run at FAC soon. Since you made a most comprehensive review in the first run, can you check whether your concerns, as stated there have been addressed? Regarding the Silk Road specifically, I admit I am baffled; as you say, not my field, but though there is much debate going on on when it started and what its exact nature was, I have not encountered skepticism of the Silk Road as such. Can you point me to some literature? Thanks! Constantine 12:30, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The secretum...

...is back! This time at FAC; if you have either time or inclination to pop in, it would be most welcome. I went through your PR comments after closing it down a month or so ago, and hope I have done them justice. The only area where I drew a blank was in going through Vout's works. All are fascinating in their own right, but while she refers to the collections of Witt, Townley, et al, there is nothing about the Secretum which I can work in, unfortunately.
