Biography

Wen was born in

Communist Party of China in September 1976.[1]

Wen entered

Hubei Province. Later, he served as the President of Hubei Civil Administration School (December 1988 – January 1993), Director of the General Office of Hubei Provincial Commerce Department (January 1993 – June 1997), then the Deputy director-general of the Civil Affairs Department of Hubei Province (June 1997 – February 2010). He was appointed inspector of Civil Affairs Department since February 2010.[1][2] He was also the President of Hubei Social Organization General Chamber of Commerce.[3]

Wen died on 31 January 2020. His death was suspected of being caused by the

Sina, Sohu, NetEase and Phoenix Television) had reported his death, however, the news was soon deleted due to censorship.[7][3]
