In trying to substantiate the article's claim that he was born in Watford, I discovered that I could find absolutely no significant coverage about him. I checked all the usual Google suspects, as well as WMF Library, Oxford Dictionary of National Biography, and Newspapers.com and found nothing, even when adding specific terms like "Watford" or "Touch of Frost". ♠PMC♠ (talk) 09:31, 9 August 2022 (UTC)

- Keep, the actor has notability for having a main role in A Touch of Frost as well as other TV and films plus radio (and probably theatre). Also an associate teacher at RADA. That's quite a career.188.39.237.234 (talk) 08:27, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
- Keep Notable TV and stage actor: see BFI credits list https://www2.bfi.org.uk/films-tv-people/4ce2ba9d31ddb and Theatricalia credits list https://theatricalia.com/person/5b6/bruce-alexander Piecesofuk (talk) 14:16, 10 August 2022 (UTC)
- Regarding both this and the IP's arguments, credits alone are insufficient to establish notability; what's important is that someone has written about the subject in reliable sources. I would be happy to withdraw the AfD if someone finds significant coverage, but in the absence of any, we can't retain the article. ♠PMC♠ (talk) 22:41, 11 August 2022 (UTC)
- There are plenty of reviews of his work in The Stage https://www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk/search/results?basicsearch=%22bruce%20alexander%22%20%20&phrasesearch=bruce%20alexander&retrievecountrycounts=false&newspapertitle=the%2bstage Piecesofuk (talk) 06:02, 12 August 2022 (UTC)

- Keep - Aside from the fact he played a long running major role in a very successful TV series, there does seem to be coverage of his wider career on the internet including his work at RADA. Dunarc (talk) 22:50, 30 August 2022 (UTC)
