• Comment: Earlier instances of the article (e.g. [1]) were clearer on what this company actually did ("design and manufacture of equipment for the broadcast television and video post-production industries"; Viewguard product), which is where any notability may be found. The subsequent to-and-fro of acquisition and divestments (Leitch->Harris->GatesAir->Thomson Broadcast) would make settling on any

• Keep Whilst the article is hopeless, this publicly held corporation was acquired for $592 Million back in 2005 which clearly qualifies it for
