Pretty sure it is the best Grebe photo currently available. The reflection of the trees behind is nice.

• Weak support original -- technical quality is excellent and good EV. I agree with the above comments about composition. The alt crop is OK, but I think I'd prefer to see less space below the bird and more (or the same as there is now) above it. Everything is too central at the moment. A much tighter crop might also work: I don't think it's essential to preserve the reflected neck and head.

• Weak oppose: I think the composition of the alt is acceptable and it's a good swimming capture, but opposing because of overexposure at the head and neck (and the small part on the side, but if it were only there I would probably forgive it).
