Places and cities

This section explains how to stylize Wikipedia articles which are related to places and cities in Egypt.

Page title

Rules:

  1. The page title of the article must match the English official name of the city/place.
  2. For naming conventions, see
    naming conventions for official name

Styling:

  • If there is a conflict with another page on Wikipedia, append the type of the place (city, district, markaz, or neighborhood) between parenthesis to disambiguate it. For instance: Cleopatra (neighborhood).
